Having been involved in ministry to children and youth since 1998, Marci came to Little Rock as our full-time children and youth minister in February of 2007.  All age groups from birth through high school graduation fall under Marci's care and supervision at our church.  Her previous work experience includes working in the Public Affairs and Admission offices at Mount Olive College, serving as children & youth minister at Reedy Branch OFWB Church in Winterville, working as an editorial assistant at the FWB Press in Ayden, and writing Sunday School material for the denomination and serving as camp counselor at Cragmont Assembly for many years.  In addition to her work at Little Rock, Marci is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Religion at Mount Olive College and is co-director of the Western District Youth of the OFWB Convention.  In what little spare time she has, Marci enjoys scrapbooking and doing geneological research. She and her husband, the Rev.
