All of us face those days when we truly need an encouraging word. I had three people in the office today seeking words of encouragement. Here are a few words of faith to lift your spirit and engender hope.
--I am made in God's image, and He doesn't make any junk. God loves me and wants me to live a fulfilled life.
--Communing with God regularly brings light, direction, and the blessings of God's gracious presence.
--Life is astonishingly wonderful. Even the rough spots often turn out to be pluses. Hard lesson can cause me to be wiser, kinder, more fruitful, and more forgiving.
--When I feel boxed-in or blocked--out, I can know that in God's good time, He will help me to see victory by grace through faith.
--In Isaiah 40:28 the prophet spoke, "Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary and His understanding no one can fathom." The Lord bless you and keep you, one and all, in the hollow of His hands!
