Change in Wednesday After School Program
Wednesday After School Program will be limited to 4th—12th graders. If students plan to stay after supper, they MUST agree to be present and participate in the May 17th Youth Sunday.
We will pick up students from Lucama Elementary School, Springfield Middle School, and Hunt High School. If parents of younger students are volunteering, they may attend as well.
Cost will be $5 per student, per week.
Some scholarships will be available. First priority will go to students who attend church at Little Rock on Sundays.
Afternoons will be homework & fellowship time for students. We will practice for the May 17th Youth Sunday after supper.
Students will participate in Handbells or Drama Team two Wednesday nights a month and have class time the other 2 Wednesday nights.
We must have a medical release & permission form on file at least one week prior to picking up your students!
Spring start date was January 7.
Last day will be May 13.
Camp @ Cragmont!
For many decades, Little Rock took students to camp at Cragmont in Black Mountain, NC.
When Covid hit in 2020, all camps closed for that year. When camps reopened in 2021, we were unable to return to attending camp at Cragmont due to transportation issues. So, for the past 5 years we have attended camp at Camp Vandemere.
Our ministers and Christian Education Board voted to return to attending camp at Cragmont
in 2026. We do not have the dates for camp yet, but the cost to attend Cragmont will be at
least $400 per child, grades 3 rd —12 th . Some scholarships will be available for low-income families who attend Little Rock on Sundays and Wednesdays. Parents need to be prepared to pay at least $200 per child to attend Cragmont. More information will come in future months.

Teacher Workday Fun Days
Open to K—5 th graders
Pre-K and older students may attend if their parents are volunteering.
8 AM—5:30 PM
Cost $20 per child for full day teacher workdays.
$10 per child for Early Release dates.
Some scholarships will be available. First priority will go to students who attend church at Little Rock on Sundays. We will pick up students from Lucama Elementary School on Early Release Days.
Here is the list of Teacher Workdays/Early Release Days we will operate on:
Friday, May 1—Dean’s Farm
Wednesday, June 3 (Early Release)—School’s Out Blowout
Students need to bring a bag lunch and drink on the full days.
Full days will feature a trip in the mornings or fun activities at the church.
Afternoons will feature Bible lessons, games, music, crafts, and other activities.
Children will learn songs that will be sung
at our May 17th Youth Sunday.
You must pay in advance and sign up at least 2 weeks in advance.
Limited to 30 students—first come, first served.
We will need adults to help in the mornings and afternoons. If you can help with either time frame, please let Ms. Marci know!
